Summary

The AGO is soliciting responses for the selection of a vendor to provide American Sign Language (ASL) in-person interpreters for the 2026 Two Days in May Conference, held May 18 and May 19 at the Columbus Downtown Hilton.

The Document "ASL Conference Schedule" includes a breakdown of the session times, and the maximum number of interpreters that may be necessary.

It is not anticipated that the Conference will need the maximum number of interpreters. However, the AGO intends to establish a purchase order for the maximum amount. Approximately two weeks prior to the event, the AGO will confirm with the selected vendor the number of interpreters needed. The selected vendor will invoice only for the interpretation services requested then.

Include documentation that demonstrates your competence and qualifications to provide ASL interpretation services, including any relevant certifications, experience, and specialized training that aligns with the scope of this project.
