Lonsdale Energy requests your response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Electrical Design and Construction Engineering Services for Heating Plant 11 (MP11).

Lonsdale Energy plans to expand plant capacity to provide more hot water heating services to current and future buildings in North Vancouver.

MP11 consists of a 2,800-kW boiler system. This includes the following equipment:

2 Electric Boilers, 1,400 kW
3 Boiler Loop Pumps 3.5 kW
3 DES Loop Pumps 11 kW
2 Gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchangers, 1,500 kW
2 Diaphragm expansion tanks, 1,000 L, 400 L

Field instruments: Temperature Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Flow meters, Energy
