This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Non-Emergency Clinical Transportation for Rural and Remote Communities.
Island Health intends to select multiple, qualified contractors to provide future Non-emergency Clinical Transportation for Rural and Remote Communities on an as, if and when required basis for the period of one year with two, one-year options to renew by mutual agreement. Contractors that are deemed qualified through this RFSQ process will be added to a call out list. There is no minimal guarantees of quantities of work or, award of any work
