Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing roof known to contain asbestos and furnish and install a new induction adhered Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system required for a complete, securely fastened, and weather tight installation.
