Project Description
Procure all equipment and schedule installation.
Work may be performed during normal business hours but coordinated when there are no cooking activities under the hood.
Modify existing system by adding an additional 6-gallon capacity system upgrade. Install 4 suppression nozzles using the required piping and fittings. Reroute one existing suppression nozzle**.
**Special note: nozzle(s) above tilt skillet will be rerouted to other side of the hood system to avoid the lid of the unit.
Perform function checks on system.
Clean work area after installation.
Dispose of waste after installation.
All work to be coordinated through Maintenance Director and ADVA Director onsite.
Additional info:

ANSUL hood fire suppression system to be expanded to cover the new tilt skillet and double bay fryer.
