2025 Road Program

The Village of Streamwood is seeking bids for the 2025 Road Program. Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm on March 25, 2025 at 565 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL 60107. For plans & specification

requests, please contact Public Works at (630) 736-3850. All plans and specifications will be delivered electronically.

All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with all Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws.

The scope includes the following major pay items: 96,300 SY HMA Surface Removal; 4,400 SY of HMA patching; and 3,850 TONS of Hot Mix Asphalt installed.

IDOT prequalification is a prerequisite for issuance of any proposal forms. Plans and Specifications will be available beginning March 11, 2025.
