RFP 20262019 T&O HVAC & BARN BOILER REPLEACEMENT AND REPAIR SERVICES

Project Description: The Work includes comprehensive mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural upgrades throughout the TARC T&O facility, including replacement of major HVAC equipment and distribution systems, boiler replacement, electrical switchgear and feeder modifications, lighting and fire alarm adjustments, selective demolition and finish restoration, new flooring and casework installations, and structural penetrations and reinforcements.
The project shall be executed within an active, 24-hour operational transit facility. Continuous coordination with TARC operations staff is required.
Roofing repairs are excluded from this Contract and will be provided under a separate TARC contract. The Contractor shall coordinate all roof-top work with the Owner.
