The Mission and Installation Command – Fort Liberty (MICC-FL) plans to issue a solicitation for Army Continuing Education Services (ACES) for the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). These services will be provided within fourteen (14) education offices located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), to include Puerto Rico and Hawaii. ACES supports Soldiers professional growth through a continuum of education programs and services that range from academic and career guidance to enhancement of job performance and skill qualifications and includes assistance to ease the transition of Soldiers returning to civilian life.
This action will be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must represent in good faith that it is a small business vendor in accordance with FAR 19.301.
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 14 December 2024 through 13 December 2025 with four (4) one (1) year options and a fourteen (14) day phase-in beginning on 30 November 2024.
Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be posted on or about 22 October 2024. The RFP and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Contract Opportunities (sam.gov). All timely submissions will be reviewed.
No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611710. The small business size standard is $24M.
