QUARRY PARK & NATURE PRESERVE MASTER PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES RFP

PROJECT INFORMATION: Stearns County is inviting proposals from experienced vendors to assemble a professional services team for the development of the Quarry Park & Nature Preserve Master Plan. This comprehensive plan will serve as a strategic framework for both short-term and long-term planning, guided by input from community stakeholders and established system planning standards. The project is expected to be completed within a timeframe of approximately four to six months.

PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System online through Bids & Tenders not later than 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 6, 2025. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.

AWARD: Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be valid for 120 days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the County determines is in the County’s best interest.
