Tomoka Farms Road Bridge No. 794008 Scour Countermeasures

The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Road & Bridge Division, is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for Tomoka Farms Road Bridge Scour Countermeasures (Bridge No. 794008 over Miller Creek) project in Port Orange, Florida. The project consists of the installation of scour countermeasures as shown on the plans. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.

The Contractor shall provide a complete job, including all labor, materials, and equipment, removal and disposal of materials for installation of filter point fabric formed concrete revetment, including but not limited to: traffic control, functional checks, O&M manuals, and as-built surveys/drawings.
