FY 2025 Curb Ramp Improvement Project

The City of Berkeley is advertising FY 2025 Curb Ramp Improvement Project, Specification No. 25-11679-C. Bids will be received at the General Services Division of the Finance Department of the City of Berkeley, 2180 Milvia Street, 3rd Floor, Berkeley, CA 94704 until 2:00 PM on October 24, 2024.

The Engineer’s estimate for the work is $2,600,000.

The work done under these specifications includes but is not limited to: The work done under these specifications includes but is not limited to: tree removal, traffic control, adjustment of survey monument and utility boxes, frames, and covers, protection of underground utility services (e.g., gas, water, sewer, electrical, telecom), concrete sidewalk, concrete driveways, concrete valley gutter, concrete curb, curb, and gutter, curb ramps, storm drain infrastructure improvements, asphalt concrete paving, and curb painting.

California Contractor License Classification required:

A General Engineering, or

C-8 Concrete Contractor
