The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 658-25-103 Renovate Radiology Floors project as required by accompanying drawings and specifications/documents. This project outlines both the demolition and new work associated with the Renovate Radiology Floors at the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), Salem, Virginia.

This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about March 27th , 2025. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Bids will be due approximately 50 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
