This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP). Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Cannabis Management intend to enter into an agreement with METRC , LLC for the purchase of ten (10) additional Chainway C72 RFID Readers (scanners). The additional readers will be used to meet the needs to perform required on-site inspections. The advanced Android RFID barcode readers utilizing the previously purchased specialized METRC software, scan inventory at various locations and then cross references what has previously been reported on-hand/in-stock. This information is also cross referenced with asset management in the warehouses. To ensure compatibility with the previously purchased handheld readers/scanners, this purchase will be processed direct and not through a reseller.
