The Department of Veterans (VA) Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724, is releasing the subject solicitation. This proposed solicitation will contain and is subject to FAR 52.232-18 (Availability of Funds). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. See below pertinent information in accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(ii) through(xvi): (ii) The solicitation number: 36C10B25Q0349 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07. (iv) The associated NAICS code for this effort is 811210 and small business size standard of $34M. Based on Market Research, this solicitation is issued on a sole source basis. (v) The list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable) are captured in the attached solicitation. (vi) This proposed solicitation supports the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) for a requirement to maintain Wi-Fi services and maintenance to ensure reliable, secure, and continuous connectivity for VA Waco and Temple campuses. Through this proposed action, VA will obtain renewal for Maintenance and Support for their Guest Wi-Fi Network Equipment Located on the Temple Campus at 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple and the Waco Campus 4800 Veterans memorial Dr., Waco Texas. Wi-Fi service and maintenance play a critical role in supporting staff, visitors, and long-term patients at VA facilities by ensuring reliable and continuous connectivity, which is vital to sustaining essential clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The Period of Performance for this proposed effort shall be a 3-month base period of performance, with three (3) subsequent 1-month option periods, if exercised. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are noted in the attached solicitation. (viii) All applicable contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions have been included in the attached solicitation. See Section C: Contract Clauses and Section E: Solicitation Provisions. With regards to the applicability of commercial clauses/provisions, the following are applicable and included: FAR 52.212-1, 52.213-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5. FAR 52.212-2 is not applicable.
