A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Water & Sewer 805 W Jasper Dr, Killeen TX, 76542

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
