Project Description: The PEPS Division is advertising the following type of services for the Maritime Division: Port, waterway, and intermodal freight planning and engineering; economic analysis including benefit-cost analyses, return on investment assessments, and economic impact analyses; public involvement and consensus-building/conflict resolution; land surveying; and development of the bi-annual Port Mission Plan and Gulf Intracoastal Waterway Report.
