CONSULTING SERVICES. This request for qualifications (RFQ) is issued by Three Rivers Park District (Park District) to identify consulting firms providing specific professional consulting services to support Park District staff. The Park District has identified multiple areas of practice where the need may arise for the use of outside consultants. These areas of practice generally include architecture, engineering, planning, landscape architecture, natural resources, and certain specialty areas. All questions about this RFQ are to be submitted via email to Janet.Brown@ThreeRiversParks.org with the subject line of: RFQ Inquiry and must be received by 2 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2026. Park District responses to questions will be emailed to all firms. The Park District will be requesting all submittals electronically. Submittals should be sent to Janet.Brown@ThreeRiversParks.org and must have “2027 RFQ” in the subject line. Deadline for the submittal is 2 p.m., Sept. 15, 2026. Contact with any other Park District staff pertaining to this RFQ is prohibited and may result in rejection of the consultant’s submittal.
