COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT. The City of Hopkins is seeking proposals for public engagement services to support the 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update. The City is seeking a creative and community-focused consultant or consulting team to supplement the City’s public engagement efforts. The City is looking for fun, innovative, and accessible ways to connect with residents, businesses, and community members through pop-up events, interactive activities, community events, neighborhood outreach, and other creative approaches beyond traditional public meetings.
