48 Hour Notice of Special Meeting for Closed Session
6:15PM, September 15, 2026
NOTICE that the Millburn Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting on September 15, 2026 at 6:15 p.m. at the Millburn Education Center, Conference Room, 434 Millburn Avenue, Millburn. A quorum of the Millburn Township Committee is expected to be present at this special meeting for the purpose of conducting a closed session to discuss: Attorney Client Privilege Briefing – Various Updates; Litigation - Bear Properties vs. Millburn; Litigation - Feld vs. Millburn; Property Acquisitions/Sale; Attorney Client Privilege Briefing/Contract Negotiations – Town Hall Project. The only formal action that is expected to be taken at this meeting is consideration of a resolution to enter into closed session as required by law.
