Estimated Project Cost: $85,000-$105,000

This project includes the replacement of two manholes with pre-lined manholes and the installation of approximately 147 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main. Restoration of approximately 51 square yards of HMA patching associated with the trenching area will be required. The existing sewer air intake structure will be relocated on-site, and approximately 42 lineal feet of underground 6-inch PVC air ducts installed to connect to the nearby new pre-lined manhole. Wastewater bypass pumping and traffic control will be required to complete the project.

All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with WESTSHORE DEEP MANHOLE REVISION marked plainly thereon.
All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total of the bid.
All bidders shall be on the MRSC Small Works Roster prior to bid opening. Only bids from bidders who have received plans and specifications VIA the Civic Center Annex OR cityofml.com Engineering projects website will be accepted.
