Swimming Pool Renovations at White's Road Pool

The BOROUGH OF LANSDALE will receive sealed bids, one (1) original and two (2) copies, for Swimming Pool Renovations at White’s Road Pool until 2:00 PM prevailing time on February 18, 2025 at 660 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446 at which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A Prebid meeting will be held on-site at 11:30 AM local time on February 4, 2025.

Work description: Whites Road - Renovations to Main Pool.

A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of BOROUGH OF LANSDALE, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid.

Bids may be held by BOROUGH OF LANSDALE for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The BOROUGH shall have the right to reject any or all bids or any parts thereof, or items therein.  The BOROUGH shall have the right to waive technicalities for the best interests of the BOROUGH. If an award of Contract is made, it will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, based on the tabulated Base Bid Items or Base Bid and any selected Add Alternates. If the lowest bidder withdraws his bid or refuses or fails to proceed according to the Contract Documents, the Borough shall have the right to award the Contract to the next lowest responsible bidder or to reject all bids and re-bid the Project.

This Project is subject to prevailing wages.
