ARRC intends to award one or more contract(s) for professional services to provide as-needed Cost Estimating Services as it relates to planning, design and construction support services for projects throughout the Alaska Railbelt. Cost Estimating Services may include support of Track Terminals, Marine Terminals, Railroad Support Facilities, and Railroad owned facilities.
