TOWN CENTER II, LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment as necessary to provide complete and continuous landscape maintenance services at TOWN CENTER FIRE STATION, CENTRAL LIBRARY AND EMS ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. The listed areas and attached spreadsheet are estimates only. The contractor is responsible for maintaining all landscape areas at the submitted unit cost and at no additional cost to the City. When directed by the Owner or its designee the Contractor shall speak with or meet with the assigned Landscape Maintenance Inspector at the site upon which the work is to be performed in order to discuss the nature and extent of the work required at the site(s). The presence of the Landscape Management Inspector on the site shall not relieve the Contractor of the Responsibility for the proper execution of the work assigned in accordance with the specifications contained herein. In addition to routine litter control performed during maintenance visits, a complete cycle of litter control shall be performed at the Central Library and EMS Administration Building every Monday morning, year-round between the hours of 8:00 am â 10:00 am.
