INVITATION FOR BIDS

Repair of Black Bass Dam
EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS

Sealed proposals for the repair of the Black Bass Dam until 2:00 p.m., August 20, 2026, at the Office of the Mayor, Eureka Springs (hereinafter called Owner, 44 S. Main Street, Eureka Springs, Arkansas, at the above stated place and time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above stated closing time will be returned to the Bidder unopened.

The above work will include all labor and material and equipment necessary for Repair of Black Bass Dam.

Copies of the project manual, drawings and other proposed contract documents are on file for inspection at the office of the Public Works, 3174 E. Van Buren, Eureka Springs, Arkansas, 479-253-2976 and at the Office of the Mayor, 44 S. Main Street, Eureka Springs, Arkansas (479) 253-9703. Copies of the Drawings and Project Manual set may be obtained at A and B Reprographics, 3204 Moberly Lane, Bentonville, AR 72712, 479-271-7922

Proposals must be accompanied by a Bidders Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid (only if the bid is greater than $20,000), made payable to Eureka Springs. Bidders must comply with requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Arkansas, ACA 17-25-101 et seq. All bonds on this project shall comply with Arkansas Statutory Performance and Payment Bond Law, ACA 18-44-501 et seq.

The Owner reserved the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. The Owner may hold the bids for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the Bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding of the Contract. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of the Owner.
