PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
City of Bergman, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring Requests for Proposals to purchase and have installed a 300k Diesel generator to support their city water system.
Procedures for selection of a generator contractor will be in accordance with County and State procurement requirements. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, capability, costs and proximity. City of Bergman will begin negotiations with the respondent submitting the lowest bid for a 300K Diesel Generator for their water system.
Interested parties are invited to secure an RFP package from Ms. Tina Cole at NWAEDD, Inc., by e-mail contact tcole@nwaedd.org , or by calling 870-741-3678.
All interested parties must submit their response to the RFP package to Tina M Cole, 818 Hwy 62/412-65N, Harrison, AR 72601, no later than 12 Noon on August 4th, 2026.
