Notice is hereby given that the City of Seabrook is soliciting applications from eligible and qualified institutions within the State of Texas for the following:

RFQ# 2026-10-407 ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR HESTER GULLY PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

Sealed Request for Qualifications for the City of Seabrook’s Engineering Services for Hester Gully Pedestrian Bridge, Seabrook Project No. 2026-10-407 will be received until 2:00 PM on June 2, 2026 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1100 Red Bluff Rd., Seabrook, Texas 77586. Statements of Qualification must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Coordinator prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened at Seabrook Public Works. No late SOQ’s will be accepted. RFQ documents may be obtained  from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov , through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com , or through at www.civcastusa.com .

SOQs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.  To submit an SOQ electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFQ 2026-10-407 can be accessed for electronic submission.   Electronic SOQs must be submitted before the 2:00 PM deadline on June 2, 2026.  Please visit https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/register/vendor/register to register or login with Public Purchase.

INTENT

The City of Seabrook invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the design and support of installation for a prefabricated pedestrian bridge structure. The intent of this project is to provide a safe, durable, and code-compliant crossing that enhances pedestrian connectivity while meeting the highest standards of structural integrity and public safety.
