NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract SANITARY, GREASE TRAP AND STORM BASIN, JETTING AND CLEANING 25-087-FM on or before July 25, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Facilities Management is seeking Bids from contractors to provide services for sanitary, grease trap and storm basin pumping, jetting, and cleaning as covered by these Statement of Work. The Bid Pricing Form will establish rates for each facility as well as mobilization charges and hourly rates for emergency or non-scheduled callouts.
