Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, August 11, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC 1365 Admin. Renovations located in Fort Chaffee, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752517
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on August 4, 2026, at 1365 15th St., Fort Chaffee, Arkansas 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from the office of the Design Professional, Architecture Plus, Inc. 907 South 21st Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
