The Village of Western Springs, Cook County, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for the following: 2026 Various Buildings – Roofing Project
Bids will be received until 10:00 AM. Prevailing Local Time on August 28, 2026, by mail or delivered by hand to the drop box located outside the front entrance of Village Hall, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois, 60558-0528 immediately after which time and at such place all bids will be publicly opened.

. A mandatory pre-bid conference walk-through will be held at Public Works, located at 1440 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois, 60558-0528 on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential firms an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the bid documents. Minutes of the conference will not be published.
