Kent Ave to N. Oak Utility and Road Improvement Project

The purpose of this RFB is to solicit bids for the replacement of approximately 700 linear feet of drainage infrastructure, milling and paving operations, LCRI  (Lead and Copper Rule Improvements) material identification and replacement, sidewalks, gutters, and associated work in accordance with the included description, specifications, and bid documents, including the construction addendum in Appendix A.

The Town is requesting sealed bids from qualifying contractors to enter into a contract to replace approximately 700 linear feet of stormwater drainage pipe from 200 Kent Ave to 100 N. Oak Ave, LCRI material compliance identification and replacement,  mill and pave N. Oak Ave, install sidewalks, mill and pave N. Oak Ave, provide as-builts of the water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure along the project corridor on Kent Ave and N. Oak,  in conformance with the provided specifications.
