The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources intends to establish an agreement with Wildland Hydrology for level 1 Applied Fluvial Geomorphology course to be held in Duluth MN on September 22-16, 2025. DNR has deemed this a single source because of the proprietorship of the course. No other company can act on behalf of Wildland Hydrology.
