The City of Virginia Beach is accepting sealed bids from qualified individuals and/or organizations that can the complete demolition scope includes partial demolition of asphalt / pavement at existing parking lot, clearing and grading and asphalt removal for new wood pathway. New work scope includes expansion and re-stripping of existing parking area, new restroom facilities, new wood walkway, three new pre-manufactured picnic shelters, one new observation deck with new pre-manufactured shelter. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical work for new restroom facility is required. New drain field with associated site work is required for new restroom facility.
