The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Ten-8 Fire & Safety for the Miami SWAT MTOC Antenna.
This requirement is for the procurement, integration, installation, and testing of a Will-Burt Inflexion 4.5-meter telescoping mast system and associated equipment for the FBI Miami SWAT Mobile Tactical Operations Center (MTOC). The system will provide an elevated platform supporting tactical communications and surveillance capabilities necessary for mission-essential law enforcement operations.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation, which shall be considered by the agency in determining whether to proceed with the contemplated sole source award.
Interested parties shall submit their capability statement and quotation electronically to the Contracting Officer, David P. Yates, at DPYates@fbi.gov. Responses must be received no later than the closing date and time identified in this notice.
The Government will consider all responses received by the closing date and time solely for the purpose of determining whether responsible sources are capable of satisfying the Government's requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
