NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Montgomery on April 2 at 11:00 AM local prevailing time in the Montgomery Township Meeting Hall, Room 118A, 100 Community Drive, Skillman NJ 08558 at which time bids will be opened and read in public for: 2024 SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Township of Montgomery is accepting bids for the 2024 SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT which includes cementitious and epoxy lining of sewer manholes, as well as cured-in-place lining of sewer laterals. The proposed work will take place on Rolling Hill Road (manhole rehabilitation), Ketcham Road (lateral rehabilitation), and Kilpatrick Lane (lateral rehabilitation).
Approximate Major Pay Items Include:
Manhole cementitious liner & epoxy coating - 66 VLF
Cured-in-place lateral pipelining - 33 EA
There will be a pre-bid meeting and site visit on March 11 at 10:00 am. At that time, it is recommended that all interested bidders attend at the Montgomery Township Meeting Hall, Room 118A, 100 Community Drive, Skillman NJ 08558.
