Summary
In FY2025, Ohio EPA purchased one hundred (100) Grammarly Enterprise licenses. This year, we would like to renew the subscriptions to those licenses. Grammarly is an application that enhances writing through AI-powered text generation and suggestions, ensuring consistent and on-brand communication. As a writing assistant, it provides real-time tips to improve grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, engagement, and delivery across various devices and platforms. Our communications and executive teams will benefit from Grammarly by streamlining the drafting of press releases, web content, emails, and other communications. It can also help overcome writer's block by offering topical ideas and targeting appropriate reading levels and tone. Furthermore, Grammarly has been pre-approved by the State of Ohio AI Council for use by all agencies, if desired. This procurement should fall under the blanket release and permit EPAIT26/27.
