In 2022, the City engaged Michael Gibson of Gibson Works, LLC to beautify and enhance the landscaping surrounding the administrative building at Earlewood Park. For Fiscal Year 2026-2027, the department would like to continue this service via an annual retrimming and maintenance plan consisting of services approximately every six to eight weeks.
