Amendment 2. The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Update FAR 52.211-9 Desired and Required Time of Delivery within the Solicitation document. The
maximum time stated for Technical Acceptability is changed from 60 days to 30 days.
Amendment 1. The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Incorporate questions and answers document.
2. Update the Statement of Work.
3. Add updated floor plan for building 7232.
4. Extend Quote due date until 11 August 2025 NLT 1:00 PM CDT
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and 52.212-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
SITE VISIT: An optional site visit will be scheduled at the following location:
425 Third Street, Bldg 7232
Dyess AFB, TX 79607
A site visit date is scheduled for 29 July 2025 at 01:30 p.m. CDT Contractors will meet at the Dyess Visitor Center at 01:00 p.m. CDT to gain base access.
Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with TSgt Trevor Finch, trever.finch.1@us.af.mil and TSgt Rey Anthony Imperial, rey_anthony.imperial@us.af.mil. Attendees must RSVP with the same contact. If the offeror does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided.
The Contractor shall be prepared, at the pre-proposal site visit, to gather all physical information needed to provide the Government an accurate quote. The Contractor shall contract the Contracting Officer if any discrepancies are found.
Deadline for questions: Please submit questions to the email address rey_anthony.imperial@us.af.mil. NLT 31 July 2025, 1:00 p.m. (CDT). An amendment will be issued answering all questions received.
Deadline for receipt of offers: 11 August 2025, 1:00 p.m. (CDT). All quotes can be emailed to rey_anthony.imperial@us.af.mil and Trevor.Fnch.1@us.af.mil.
You will receive email confirmation from the government upon receipt of your quote. If an offeror does not receive a confirmation email, it should be assumed your quote has not been received.
