Project Description:
The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) is seeking qualified contractors for HVAC equipment and services at Pinellas Heights Senior Apartments in Largo, FL. This project includes installation of ventilation systems in common areas and replacement/retrofit of an existing system serving 16 units.

This is a HUD-funded, Davis-Bacon project and requires compliance with federal labor standards, including prevailing wages and certified payroll. A 5% bid bond is required, along with performance and payment bonds upon award.
