Solicitation Summary
The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the Vestibule Door Replacement and Escalotor Rehabilitation at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall), as defined in the project drawings and specifications.
The project consists of in-kind replacement of all doors in the exterior vestibules on the upper and lower-level roadways of the BWI Marshall terminal, hourly garage, daily garage and two doorways at the commuter pier. The project also includes the rehabilitation/modernization of two existing escalators at the International Terminal at BWI Marshall Airport with standard interior heavy
duty grade escalators, suitable for airport environment, to be installed in existing trusses. It also includes installation of stainless-steel rails at the entry to the escalator.

An MBE subcontract participation goal of 15% of the total contract dollar amount has been established for this procurement.
