Bids can be submitted via sealed

bid at the Purchasing Office, City

Hall 1st Floor, 71 East Troy Street,

Tupelo, Mississippi, 38804 or elec-

tronically at www.tupelomsbids.

com. Bid Documents and Specifi-

cations can be viewed and ob-

tained online at www.tupeloms

bids.com.

Bids must be submitted on the

Owner. Failure to use the required

non-responsive and rejected. All

sulting contract must correspond
