Latrines, Showers, and Hand Washing Stations

MICC-Fort Knox is soliciting sealed bids for portable latrines, hand wash stations, and showers on Fort Knox, KY. Selected vendor will provide portable latrines, hand wash stations, and showers with required additional support equipment and servicing as required to maintain sanitary conditions. MICC-Fort Knox anticipates a firm fixed price requirements type contract where the vendor will provide all such support for Government units operating on the installation regardless of whether supported entities are tenants of Fort Knox or transitory organizations. The vendor will only be required to provide supplies within the boundaries of Fort Knox, KY, under this contract.

This requirement will be solicited on a basis of one (1) year base ordering period of support with four (4) option years beginning on 1 May 2025 and running through the ultimate completion date of 30 April 2030. Supplies will be provided on a delivery order basis with specific quantities and dates provided for each individual order. Full delivery, service, and recovery details are laid out in the Statement of Work. The vendor shall perform on both improved and unimproved surfaces.

Interested vendors must download all documents from this notice. Paper copies of the solicitation documents shall not be provided.

All amendments to the solicitaiton will be posted to SAM.gov.

Notice is updated to provide Answers to Vendor submitted questions and Amendment 0001 of the solicitation. Both documents are attached along with a updated Conformed Solicitation incorporating the changes in Amendment 0001. Amendment does NOT change the bid submission date and time.
