Provide septic tank pump out services to an existing onsite sewage disposal system at 5800 Horse Creek Lane, Partlow VA 22534. This includes, but is not limited to, locating the existing septic tank, excavating the septic tank access port(s), removing the cover, pumping the contents of the existing septic tank, provide a visual inspection of the septic tank, replacing the lid, and assisting the homeowner in monitoring the septic tank volume to prevent septic effluent from erupting onto the ground surface or backing up into the home.All quotes shall include the cost to pump out the contents of the existing septic tank by a properly licensed sewage hauler. This project is scheduled for up to ten septic tank pump outs, estimated as one pump out every two weeks. The contract and number of tank pump outs may be extended by mutual agreement through contract change order.
