Cut down and remove 8 dead trees marked with paint and lath by the Lochner Rd culvert crossing south of C.L Road in the

Metcalf Drain in Cedar Creek Twp/Sec 3.

All brush and debris will need hauled away

All trees and brush on banks should be cut at the same angle of the bank. Stumps should be no taller than 3” from the

ground.

Should any unforeseen additional work be required beyond the specified scope, it must be discussed and approved by the

project manager

All areas disturbed by contractor shall be restored to pre-existing conditions

All repairs are subject to ACSO approval- 48 Hr. notification for inspection is required before work can begin.

30-day completion, weather permitting.
