Solicitation Summary
The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase Cisco SmartNet Support through 10/31/2026. This will align all of our Cisco SmartNet items with the same expiration date.

Additional Instructions
The State of Maryland is committed to purchasing environmentally preferable products and services (EPPs). Maryland’s State Finance & Procurement Article §14-410 defines environmentally
preferable purchasing as “the procurement or acquisition of goods and services that have a lesser or
reduced effect on human health and the environment when compared with competing goods or
services that serve the same purpose.” Accordingly, Bidders are strongly encouraged to offer EPPs to
fulfill this contract, to the greatest extent practicable.
LIMITED TO MASTER CONTRACTORS
Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the
Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012), 060B2490021,
are eligible to submit a bid in response to this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). A current Master Contractor under the named contract may submit an LOA with their bid to be considered for the award.

Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) responses will only be accepted through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.

Questions must be submitted in writing with the subject line, "Question for PORFP # BPM055033," and be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Agency Point of Contact listed in Section 2 no later than the date and time specified.
