PHI Printing, Fulfillment, and Mailing Services

Description: 1.1 Objective & Purpose
Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Printing, Fulfillment, and Mailing Services for Protected Health Information (PHI). The successful Contractor will ensure the secure, accurate, and reliable production and distribution of regulated materials in strict compliance with federal, state, and institutional timelines.All services must align with IEHP program requirements and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG), where applicable.

1.2 Scope of Vendor Partnership
Beyond execution, the selected Vendor will serve as a strategic partner, providing:
>Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to turn-around times (TAT) and HIPAA security standards.
>Technical Support: Ongoing, dedicated technical assistance and seamless data integration.
