The University of Mary Washington (UMW), on behalf of VASCUPP member institutions, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide thirdâparty support for the acquisition and management of temporary offâcampus residential housing on an asâneeded basis. Contractors will identify and secure shortâterm housing options, coordinate leasing and utility setup as the lessee, manage payments and unit preparation, and provide 24/7 customer support for housed participants. Multiple awards may be made. All housing must meet applicable safety, accessibility, and code requirements, and students will not be required to sign separate agreements under this contract.
