Work for this Contract shall consist, but not be limited to, furnishing all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, storage facilities, services, and supplies required to complete the following: mobilization; clearing and grubbing; grading; concrete and aggregate pavement surfacing; fencing; construction of a new equipment maintenance, administration, and scale house buildings with associated scales; installation of utilities and services including a new domestic water well, sanitary holding tank, and fuel tank; construction of new public drop-off area; and any other work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
