Jacksonville District Consolidated Grounds Maintenance Services Various Locations:

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a consolidated ground maintenance services contract at various FAA facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set aside for a woman-owned small business (WOSB) IAW AMS Clause 3.6.1-19 Notice of Set-Aside Or Noncompetitive award to women-owned small business concerns eligible under the women-owned small business program. The Period of Performance is 5 years (base year plus 4 option years).

TIMELINE

Site Visits: 02/04/2025 – 02/13/2025 (Reference attached SIR 697DCK-25-R-00014 Section B, AMS Clause SA30 SITE V- Contractors must request registration to attend IAW AMS Clause SA30, to attend by 01/31/2025

Questions Close: Thursday, 02/13/2025 at 1700 PM EST

Proposal and Customer Satisfaction Surveys Due(from third parties): Thursday, 02/20/2025 at 1300 PM EST

Award of Contract: TBD

Performance Begins: March 1, 2025
