Repairs to the existing façade of the rear portion of the building as indicated on the drawings, replacement of approximately 8,700 sfof built-up roofing, replacement of thirty-one (31) steel windows, replacement of six (6) hollow metal doors and frames, some lighting and masonry repairs. All work is to be completed and in accordancewith the attached drawings and specifications. The selected General Contractor shall be responsible for the abatement/removal of ALL hazardous materials encountered.
