Request for Proposals - Cost Allocation Plan & User Fee Updates

The Administrative Services Department is soliciting competitive proposals for development of a Cost Allocation Plan. The proposer shall perform the services necessary to achieve the following scope. Consultants are encouraged to suggest refinements or alternatives that ultimately achieve the scope of work.

Selected proposer shall submit to the City a well-documented and defensible cost allocation plan that utilizes overhead rates and accurately accounts for the true costs of providing services. The CAP will incorporate appropriate general and administrative cost allocations as well as identify how to calculate billable hourly rates for fees, charges, and services provided by the City.

The RFP Coordinator will be the sole point of contact for this RFP.
